TRUE - Google makes thousands of changes per year, most unannounced. The major announced updates (Core, Helpful Content, etc.) are just the significant ones. Daily fluctuations in rankings are normal. Chasing every ranking change is exhausting and counterproductive. Focus on long-term fundamentals rather than reacting to daily volatility.
